Every piece ships from the studio in Hulst, the Netherlands, packed by hand.

• Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €12.95
• Rest of the European Union: €19.95
• United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway: €27.95
• United States and Canada: €49.95
• Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: €69.95

All shipments are tracked and insured. The tracking link arrives by email the moment your piece is on its way.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be charged import duties or taxes on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and are yours to settle.

Returns

You may return a piece within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Get in touch through the contact page and we will arrange it. Return shipping is at your cost, and the piece has to survive the trip back, so keep the original packaging.

Damage

Ceramics are fragile and we pack them like we mean it. If a piece still arrives damaged, send us a photo through the contact page and we will refund you in full.
